How ordering works
Four steps, no payment until we have confirmed stock and shipping, and 14 days to return a piece.
Choose your pieces
Add them to the cart from the shop. Every listing shows the purity, the weight and the price in US dollars.
Send the order request
Fill in your details at checkout and send. You get a reference like DO-XXXX. Nothing is charged.
We confirm
Within one business day we confirm stock, the shipping cost and the total by email or WhatsApp. Bars and coins are confirmed at the daily metal price.
You pay and we ship
You pay by the link we send (card or PayPal) or by bank transfer. We ship with tracking and send you the number.
Shipping
Insured and tracked, with a signature on delivery. Shipping is quoted on confirmation; these are the usual figures.

Import duties and taxes outside the US are paid by the recipient. We declare the real value.
Payment
For now there is no online payment on the site. After we confirm your order you pay by the link we send (card or PayPal) or by bank transfer, and we ship as soon as the payment arrives. Card payment at checkout is planned; the order flow stays the same.
Returns
You can return an unworn piece in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Sealed bars and coins must stay sealed. Tell us first on WhatsApp or by email, ship it back insured, and we refund by the same method once the piece is back with us. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the piece arrived damaged or was not as described.
Watches
Watches are new, with box and papers, and carry the maker's warranty from the date of sale.

How do I pay?

Do prices include shipping?
No. Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping. Shipping is quoted when we confirm your order, and the rates by region are listed on the How ordering works page.
Is the gold hallmarked?
Yes. Every gold piece carries a hallmark for its purity, and the listing states the purity and the weight. Bars and coins come sealed with their serial number.
Can I return a piece?
Yes. You can return an unworn piece in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Sealed bars and coins must stay sealed. We refund once the piece is back with us.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes. We ship to the US, Canada, the EU and most other countries with tracking. The shipping table on the How ordering works page lists the regions, carriers and times.
