Order requests

An order request sent from the site is a request, not a contract. The order becomes binding when we confirm stock, the shipping cost and the total in writing (email or WhatsApp) and you accept it. Until then either side can step back without cost.

Prices

All prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping, import duties and taxes outside the United States. Jewellery and watches are priced per piece. Bars and coins follow the daily reference price of the metal; the price on the site is the latest listed one and the final price is confirmed when we confirm the order.

Availability

Most pieces are one of a kind. A piece marked in stock may sell between your request and our confirmation; if so we tell you and nothing is charged.

Payment and shipping

Payment is made after confirmation, by the link we send (card or PayPal) or by bank transfer. We ship insured and tracked after payment arrives. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Returns

You can return an unworn piece in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Sealed bars and coins must stay sealed. Tell us first, ship it back insured, and we refund by the same method once the piece is back with us. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the piece arrived damaged or was not as described.

Warranty

Watches carry the maker's warranty from the date of sale. Jewellery is guaranteed to be of the purity and weight stated in the listing.
