We measure the site you already have.
Send us the address and nothing else. The audit comes back within 24 hours: what the site does well, where it's losing you customers, and what we'd fix first.
It's free and there's nothing attached to it. Most of what it finds sits behind the design rather than in it: whether somebody in your town searching for what you sell ever arrives, and whether they stay once they do.
What we measure
-
Speed and safety
Whether the site opens quickly on a phone on mobile data, whether it's secure, and whether anything on it is broken. Most of your visitors are on a phone, on a signal, standing in the street.
-
What your pages actually say
Whether Google can tell what you sell and which town you're in from the page itself, or whether it has to guess. Titles, headings, the words on the page, and the description underneath them that only a machine reads.
-
Whether the assistants can find you
People now ask ChatGPT what they used to type into Google. We ask about your trade in your town and see whether you come back in the answer, and whether your site is even readable to the thing writing it.
-
Your presence in your own town
Your map listing, your hours, your phone number and your reviews, and whether all of them agree with each other. They usually don't, and that disagreement is what keeps a shop out of the map result.
-
The first 5 seconds
Whether somebody landing on the site can tell what you do, where you are and how to reach you, before they decide to leave. This is the one an owner can check without us, and almost nobody does.
What comes back
- A score out of 100 for each of the 5, with how much of that area we were actually able to check printed beside it.
- The gaps, in plain language, each one with what it's costing you. If an audit needs a glossary, it was written badly.
- What we'd fix first, in order, with the cheap ones named as cheap. A plan, not 60 problems with no priority on them.
- Where you stand next to your competition: the businesses that come up when somebody searches for what you sell, and what they're doing that you aren't.
The problems that quietly waste your advertising
You can pay for the click and still lose the customer on arrival. A page that takes 6 seconds to open on a phone. A contact button that goes nowhere. 3 different phone numbers spread across the internet, so the map shows one and the site shows another.
None of that shows up in an ads dashboard. It shows up as money spent and nobody calling. The audit names it, in the order we would fix it.
The engine is ours, and it's called Minafy
We didn't buy the audit off a shelf and put our name on it. Minafy is software we wrote. It reads the site, measures it, checks where the business ranks and how it appears inside AI assistants, then drafts the report. A person reads every one before it goes out.
It isn't allowed to invent a number. Where something couldn't be measured, a listing we couldn't reach or a check the site refused, the report says not assessed instead of scoring you zero, and every section prints how much of it we could see. A score built on half the evidence should say so.
What it costs
Nothing. You keep the PDF whether you hire us or not. If the honest answer is that the site is fine and your money belongs somewhere else, that's what it'll say.
Before you send it
Do I have to give you access to anything?
No. Just the web address. Everything is measured from outside, the way a customer and a search engine see it.
What if I don't have a website yet?
Then it becomes a plan for one. What your competitors rank for, what people near you are searching for, and what the site would have to say to answer them.
Is this the same as a free score from an online tool?
No. Those grade one page against a checklist in 20 seconds. This one reads the whole site, checks your listings and your competitors, asks the assistants about your trade, and is read by a person before it goes out.
Will somebody ring me afterwards?
No. The report ends with what we'd do and roughly what that costs. If you want to talk it through you write to [email protected], not the other way round.
Ask for your audit.
The address, your name, and where to send the PDF. That's the whole form.
Sent. That's all we needed.
It goes to a person before it goes to you. Expect the PDF within 24 hours.
