How we work, and what we will not do.
Everything here is written to be argued with. If you disagree with any of it, we are probably not the right studio for you.
minarank studio works across search, AI search, websites, ads and the software behind them, for small businesses in Albania, Italy and anywhere else the work fits.
Evidence before opinion
Every job starts with the crawl, the code, the competitors and what people are actually typing. Opinions are cheap and everyone in this industry has several. We would rather show you the data that changed our mind.
One document, in plain language
What we would change, in what order, and why it matters. If it takes a glossary to read, it is written badly. You should be able to hand it to somebody who does not work in marketing and have them follow it.
We build it ourselves
Pages, schema, creative, software. Nothing gets handed to a third party who loses 3 weeks and half the intent, and nothing gets handed to a junior while you keep paying senior rates.
Numbers that are true
We report what moved and what did not. A month where nothing improved gets reported as a month where nothing improved, with what we are changing because of it.
What we will tell you for free
If your ad budget is too small to be worth managing, we will say so rather than take it. If your platform makes the necessary fixes impossible, you will hear that before you pay for a month of workarounds. And if the honest answer is that you need a better offer rather than better marketing, that is the answer you will get. It is the one that costs us the job most often.
Languages
English, Italian and Albanian. Work is delivered in the language your customers are searching in, which for most of our clients is not English.
You do not have to take our word for any of this. minarank studio is listed on TechBehemoths, which somebody else runs, and a profile we do not control is worth more than a badge we drew ourselves.

Questions we get asked
Is this one person or a team?
One person, and you always know which one. Henri Sila writes the plan, builds the pages and answers the mail. That is a limit as much as a promise: we take fewer clients than an agency can, and we would rather say so now than be slow later.
Do we need to be in Durres?
No. Most of this happens inside a browser and a document, and several clients have never been in the same room as us. If you are near, we come to you, because seeing the place usually changes the plan. Hiring a studio in another country is written out in full, down to when the local choice is simply the better one.
What if somebody already handles this for us?
Keep them, and take the audit as a second opinion. If what they are doing is working, you get proof of it in writing. If it is not, you get a list they can act on. Neither answer means hiring us.
What happens if we outgrow you?
It happens, and it is the good kind of problem. When a business needs a team of specialists instead of one person, we say so rather than stretch and hope. Handing over cleanly is part of the job.
Can we speak to somebody you have worked with?
Yes. Ask, and we introduce you to the client whose situation looks most like yours. The work is public either way: each of them has a page here saying what changed and what did not.
